1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to OfficeShine Services. By engaging our B2B commercial cleaning services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish the legal framework for the services provided by OfficeShine Services, operating in Austin, Texas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from utilizing our services.
2. Scope of Services
OfficeShine Services provides professional office cleaning, workspace sanitization, and routine commercial maintenance. The exact scope, frequency, and duration of the services will be outlined in a specific Cleaning Plan or service agreement customized for your business.
- Services are performed according to the schedule agreed upon in the service contract.
- Any requests for additional services outside the standard agreement must be made in advance and may incur extra charges.
- We reserve the right to modify service routines due to safety concerns or unforeseen facility issues.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the safe and effective delivery of our cleaning services, clients are expected to provide our staff with unobstructed access to the premises during scheduled service hours. The client must ensure that the work environment is safe, adequately lit, and free from hazardous conditions that could endanger our cleaning professionals. Clients are responsible for securing sensitive documents, valuables, and proprietary equipment before the cleaning crew arrives.
4. Payments and Invoicing
Invoices for our commercial cleaning services are issued on a monthly basis, or as otherwise specified in your distinct service agreement. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. OfficeShine Services reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that remain significantly past due.
5. Liability and Insurance
OfficeShine Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients and our employees. While our team operates with the utmost care and professionalism, we acknowledge that accidents can occasionally happen. Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the service date. Our liability is explicitly limited to the cost of the specific service rendered during the incident or the repair/replacement of the damaged item at our discretion, up to the limits of our insurance coverage.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Routine service cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time to avoid being charged for the visit. Either party may terminate a long-term service agreement by providing a 30-day written notice, unless alternative termination clauses are explicitly defined in the customized service contract.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
